These influences can lead to struggles with perfectionism, self-esteem, navigating life transitions, people-pleasing tendencies, and self-discovery. Additionally, conditions like ADHD, anxiety, and depression can further complicate these experiences.

In my collaborative approach, I prioritize creating a comfortable space for you to share and grow. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques and maintain a solution-focused mindset to help you work towards your goals and identify paths to healing. Recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique, I adapt my approach to best suit your individual needs. Implementing skills that allow us to understand ourselves deeper can help us build confidence, manage these difficult emotions and feelings and regulate our nervous system.

I know the importance of finding a therapist who understands you. I aim to cultivate a space to aid in your therapeutic journey and help you learn a different perspective of how our body and mind operate. Just as we nourish our bodies it is important to nourish our minds in order to flourish into the person that we want to be.
