As a queer, neurodivergent person living with chronic pain, I know what it’s like to navigate systems that weren’t built with you in mind. I offer therapy that feels grounded, collaborative, and affirming. My approach is rooted in compassion and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. With an integrative lens, my practice is guided by an understanding of human complexity and a strong belief in people’s capacity for healing and change.

Hi, I’m Janna! Our minds and bodies are deeply intertwined, influencing how we function in various aspects of life. These influences can lead to struggles with perfectionism, self-esteem, navigating life transitions, people-pleasing tendencies, and self-discovery. Additionally, conditions like ADHD, anxiety, and depression can further complicate these experiences.
In my collaborative approach, I prioritize creating a comfortable space for you to share and grow. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques and maintain a solution-focused mindset to help you work towards your goals and identify paths to healing. Recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique, I adapt my approach to best suit your individual needs.
