Hi, I’m Janna! Our minds and bodies are deeply intertwined, influencing how we function in various aspects of life. These influences can lead to struggles with perfectionism, self-esteem, navigating life transitions, people-pleasing tendencies, and self-discovery. Additionally, conditions like ADHD, anxiety, and depression can further complicate these experiences.

In my collaborative approach, I prioritize creating a comfortable space for you to share and grow. I incorporate cognitive-behavioral techniques and maintain a solution-focused mindset to help you work towards your goals and identify paths to healing. Recognizing that everyone’s journey is unique, I adapt my approach to best suit your individual needs. Implementing skills that allow us to understand ourselves deeper can help us build confidence, manage these difficult emotions and feelings and regulate our nervous system.

I know the importance of finding a therapist who understands you. I aim to cultivate a space to aid in your therapeutic journey and help you learn a different perspective of how our body and mind operate. Just as we nourish our bodies it is important to nourish our minds in order to flourish into the person that we want to be. I aim to facilitate your journey of self-discovery and exploring various avenues of your being to cultivate the strongest and most authentic relationship with yourself.

To see if we would be a good fit, send an email to arrange a free 15-minute consultation or book here. I look forward to connecting!

Growing up, I’ve noticed how much even a small gesture of support could change someone’s day, and I’ve carried that awareness into my work ever since. I love helping young people make sense of their experiences, manage life’s pressures, and build the skills to feel more confident and capable. Being able to witness that growth is what makes this work meaningful to me.

I know therapy can feel intimidating; I have been there. The nerves, uncertainty, and fear of not being understood can make it hard to open up. I’ve also experienced therapy spaces that felt distant or overly serious, which made it difficult to connect. That’s why I’m committed to creating a space that feels warm, inclusive, and real because that’s where true growth and healing happen. As a child of immigrants, I understand the pressures of navigating cultural expectations alongside personal goals and identity. Many teens and young adults feel caught between worlds, struggling to balance school, relationships, and self-expectations. I bring this understanding into every session so you can explore your challenges without judgment or fear of misunderstanding. At Everpath, you’ll have the space to navigate anxiety, depression, school stress, perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, or relationship difficulties. Together, we’ll focus on building practical tools, coping strategies, and skills that fit your life, helping you feel more confident, balanced, and in control. You don’t need perfect words to start; you just need to show up, and we’ll figure out the rest together!

Hi Im Heather! Life can feel overwhelming especially when you’re carrying stress, emotional pain, or the weight of trying to manage it all on your own. You might be seeking a space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to grow without shame or judgment.

If you’ve ever felt overlooked or misunderstood in traditional mental health spaces, this can be a place where your experiences are respected and your voice truly matters.

This is a space where you can feel safe enough to be vulnerable and supported enough to reclaim your voice, values, and sense of self. Our work together will be relational and reflective—focused on what’s important to you, with deep respect for your inner wisdom and unique path.

As a queer, neurodivergent person living with chronic pain, I know what it’s like to navigate systems that weren’t built with you in mind. I offer therapy that feels grounded, collaborative, and affirming. My approach is rooted in compassion and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. With an integrative lens, my practice is guided by an understanding of human complexity and a strong belief in people’s capacity for healing and change.

If you’re looking for a space where you can be your whole self and feel gently supported in your healing, I’d be honoured to connect.
